How we'll work together

Helping little voices grow
You know your child best. What most parents miss isn't effort, it's guidance.
That's where I come in. I'll show you how to turn everyday moments into chances for your toddler to communicate. My approach is built on partnership, combining your knowledge of your child with my expertise in communication.
It's not about adding more. It's about small shifts in what you already do that make the biggest difference.

If you have any questions along the way, we are here to help!
We work specifically with babies and toddlers learning how to talk. Typically this age range is approximately 16 - 36 months. However, if you have questions about whether your child would benefit from our program, send us a message via our Contact page and we'll be happy to help.
We offer simple, secure payment options. For private clients, payment is due on the day of the session via bank transfer. If you're using NDIS funding, you can pay and claim if self-managed.
We offer online therapy for families across Australia. We’re flexible and happy to work in a way that suits your child best.
Many parents worry their child won’t stay engaged online, but our sessions are designed with each child in mind. We tailor therapy to their needs, interests, and sensory preferences, using play-based activities, songs, stories, and visuals to keep it fun and interactive.
If a child is younger (e.g., under 2) or finding it tricky to join in, we can adapt the therapy approach to parent coaching – an evidence-based method where we guide you step-by-step to support your child’s communication in everyday moments.
Yes, we highly value collaboration. Children don’t experience challenges in isolation, so working together with other professionals helps us create more holistic, effective support. When the team is connected, it is likely to result in better outcomes for your child.
We don’t give traditional homework. But, your involvement between sessions is a key part of your child’s progress. While we only get to spend about an hour a week with your child, you get time with them every day - let's make it count.
Instead of worksheets, we’ll help you to find simple ways to build therapy into your everyday routines, like mealtimes, getting dressed, or having a bath. These small, meaningful moments are where real progress happens, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Yes! We support self-managed NDIS participants. If you're unsure how that works, we can guide you through the process.
Absolutely. We offer private sessions for families not accessing NDIS funding. You don’t need a referral to get started—just reach out on our contact page or book a free intro call with us here.
This is a really common question, and we completely understand the confusion. The NDIS can be tricky to navigate.
Because we are a non-registered provider, we choose to support self-managed participants. These types of participants have full choice and control, including the freedom to work with providers who may charge above the NDIS price guide.
We know this might sound unusual, but it's actually very similar to how you might see a doctor: sometimes Medicare covers the full amount, and sometimes there’s a small gap fee. The NDIS works in the same way when you’re self-managed.
We always aim to be upfront and respectful about our fees. We'll help you understand what your plan covers, so there are no surprises. You're never locked in to services you can't afford, and we're happy to work with you to make things as accessible as possible.
